Bladder Diary
A bladder diary helps to record your urinary function and gives us a good understanding of the symptoms you experience during the day and night. You will need a measuring jug to check the volume of urine you pass. As your symptoms may fluctuate day to day, we ask that you complete this diary over 3 consecutive days.
